1. Definitions

User:
A person who visits or uses the Website.
Services:
Features, information, tools and/or the intermediation of travel-related products on the Website.
Supplier:
A third party offering travel services, for example an airline, hotel, car rental company or activity operator.
Booking:
The purchase or reservation of a travel service through the Website or via links to Suppliers.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and/or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you must refrain from using the Website.

We may update the terms at any time. The updated version is published here and applies from the time of publication.

3. About our services and our role

3.1 Intermediary role

Saudi Reiser may act as an information portal and/or intermediary between you and various Suppliers. When you complete a booking with a Supplier, the agreement is entered into directly between you and the Supplier. The Supplier’s own terms apply in addition to these terms.

3.2 Information and availability

We strive to ensure that information about prices, availability, descriptions and terms is correct, but we cannot guarantee that everything is error-free or up to date at all times. Such data may change without notice and may be subject to pricing or system errors.

3.3 No travel advice

The content on the Website is general information and does not constitute personal travel advice, legal advice or insurance advice. You are responsible for assessing suitability and risk and for obtaining the necessary professional guidance where required.

4. Accounts and user responsibility

If the Website offers account registration, you are obliged to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and to protect your login details. In the event of misuse or breach of the terms, we may block or restrict access.

5. Bookings, prices and payment

When you proceed to booking, you may be redirected to the Supplier’s website. Their own terms, rules and prices apply there.

Obvious pricing errors or technical faults may result in a booking being cancelled or adjusted.

Payment is normally made directly to the Supplier or their payment provider. We do not store payment card details.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Rules for changes, cancellation and refunds are determined by the relevant Supplier. These are shown before purchase. Some services may be non-refundable.

7. Passport, visa, health and insurance

You are responsible for a valid passport, visa, entry and transit requirements, vaccinations and insurance. Requirements may change at short notice.

8. Intellectual property rights

All content on the Website belongs to Saudi Reiser or our licensors and is protected by copyright legislation. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect losses, consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data
  • Errors or actions by Suppliers
  • Circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure

We are also not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall first be sought resolved amicably.

If no settlement is reached, the case may be brought before the ordinary courts of Norway, with Haugaland og Sunnhordland District Court as the legal venue.
